Target audience questionaire

I created a questionnaire that was simple to fill out for the respondents and that will allow me to easily define the likes, needs, and buying habits of my audience. In order to make my questionnaire successful I made sure that it was brief, no more than one page as I didnt want to bore the potential respondents. Also I provided instructions on how to answer the questions and I worded each question with clear language. I included different types of questions to gather general and more specific responses through the use of multi-choice questions for most of the survey and a few short answer questions.

I got a few responses for my questionaire, through people at college, most people didnt want to answer it. Next time, i feel as though i should email it out or hand it out in a different place.
Here are the results i gathered.
Out of the 10 people i handed out the questionaire to 50% were male. Aged 16 to 19, None had childen, 25% were in a relationship, 10% bought cds, 75% of the participants listento music often, 100% off them owned an ipod, 50% listen to rap/hip-hop, 25% listened to rap, 25% listened to rock. 100% downloaded their music, about 25% watch music videos, this was on the music channels which are on sky, none of them played musical instruments, none of them are a singer.

Synopsis

A man named Bob, has got nothing left, he is a failure, upset with his life. He is asking to god for help. Bob started to loose his way from a young age dropping out of school, hence the name off the song been "Losing my way". The video shows Bob doing his day to day living, and how it is affecting his life. Bob is crying out for someone to help him through this and make him a better person. Bob has never seen his daughter, this gives the audience some sympathy and heart ache for Bob as they want him to meet her finally. This creates the video to be a must see for those who are desperate and in need off good luck.

Ideas for my music video

For my music video i have been inspired by music videos which use a main character and it shows you his story. Justin timberlake hasnt done a song "losing my way" so i cant be inspired by his music videos. I have done a story board with my initial ideas, i may expand on the shots if i feel it will benefit the video. For my music video i am going to use close up and medium close ups, so that it shows more emotion on Bobs face. The first shot was going to be a establishing shot so that it sets the seen.
